All products on oblprints are custom-manufactured according to the design, size, material, and specifications provided by the customer at the time of order. Because each item is made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect design uploads, or sizing/material choices made by the customer.
1. Printing Defects & Errors
- If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage during delivery that is not consistent with the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Valid claims will be resolved with a free reprint or a full refund, at oblprints' discretion.
2. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within one hour of placing them, provided printing has not started.
- Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. How Refunds Are Issued
- Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed after the claim is reviewed and approved by our team.
