Which destinations does oblprints ship to?

oblprints primarily serves the UAE. Therefore, no matter where you're based in the UAE, you can be sure we will deliver. We do take international orders and deliver to the GCC & MENA region. Please contact us on call or through the enquiry form to learn more about the destinations we serve.

Can my order for any printing service be cancelled?

The order can be cancelled if it hasn't been sent for printing. Any advanced payment made before won't be refundable. In case the order has already been sent for final printing, then a cancellation won't be possible. If you do want to cancel your order then call us at - +971 502 010 633.

What if I'm not satisfied with the quality of the finished product?

Your satisfaction is what defines our work and is of utmost importance to us. We guarantee optimum quality at low prices. However, there may be rare scenarios where you may not be satisfied with quality or the finished product might be defective. In such unlikely occurrences of defects or quality issues, we can assure you of replacement. Where can I track current status of my order?

We'll keep you updated about the status of your order right from processing to the final delivery through e-mail and text messages. Additionally, once the order is shipped, we'll provide you the link of the courier site and the tracking number for your convenience.

How long does it take from production to delivery of complete printing service?

Depending on the order, we offer up to three delivery options: Standard, 2 Day Delivery, and Overnight. You can mention your preferred delivery time while finalizing the order. Production time and delivery time are also dependent on the kind and size of the order. Deliveries mentioned above are on working days i.e. Saturday-Thursday.

What is a proof and will I get one?

A proof is a sample print of your document or art work and aids in inspection of the print to ensure that the layout and colors have come out just as they are intended to. A proof is printed right before sending the document or artwork for final printing. When we finally print a proof, we forward them to you online either in PDF format or on printed paper. For multiple-color jobs, we produce the proof on the final output device to help you get an idea about how different colors will materialize on the final product. Your approval on the final proof is final signal that every aspect of our work and your own up until this point is accurate, and that everything is going the way you want it.

What file format should I use for submitting a document or artwork for printing?

When submitting a document or an artwork, the most common and desired format to do so is the Portable Document Format (PDF) format. The reason behind that is simple, every program today can save and export documents in PDF and it works with all professional printing and digital output devices. A PDF file includes all the parameters required to maintain document consistency and most popular file formats such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Word can be easily converted into PDF format.

How and when do I pay for my printing order?

The payment for the jobs can be made through various ways including Cash, Bank Transfer, Card Payment and Online Payment Gateway. An advance payment is required to process the job and the balance can be paid on collection/delivery.
